  This Florida Pre-Licensing Sales Associate Course is a 63-hour course required by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and is for anyone who wishes to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida.   Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law 28th Edition - 63 Hours ($249.00)

 

  This course consists of real estate principles and practices, and Florida Real Estate License Law. The course covers all of the subject matter prescribed by the Florida Real Estate Commission. This course requires you to complete written homework assignments and pass a 3 hour timed exam. Passng this course qualifies students to take the Florida licensing exam to become a real estate sales associate (salesperson). Dearborn

  Real Estate Sales Post-License Courses
  This course will provide updates towards statutory and rule changes that affect both the licensee and the real estate market. Florida Real Estate Sales Associates must complete the 45 hour post licensing education course before their first license renewal, on subjects approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
