AREA offers a full line of appraiseral continuing education courses to satisfy the requirements of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. In addition to continuing education courses, AREA also provides an Appraisal Exam Prep course. Pre license, post license and qualification courses are NOT permitted to be taken via distance education.

At the present time all AREA Appraisal courses are currently being provided in on-line format through our partnership with McKissock. Classroom courses will be presented throughout the state.
